The House
 

It is a detached three bedroom, two storey villa, consisting of 3 double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and cupboards.  Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs.  Both bedrooms have verandas, and one of the first floor bedrooms has access to two verandas.

 

There is a bathroom and W.C. upstairs and a W.C. with a basin downstairs. 

   

 

The living quarters are open plan.  A large sitting/eating area, and a large kitchen area where one can also sit and eat.  Both the kitchen and sitting areas have access to the three verandas. 

 

All the bedrooms have new (installed last summer) air-conditioning units with remote controls.  They are split units so they also provide heat.  There is a large unit downstairs in the living area.

The kitchen has plenty of base cupboards, as well as top cupboards.  An electric eye-level oven, and a gas/electric hob, a fridge and a washing machine.

 

The plot the house stands on is very large by the standards of other villas in the area.  It is one of 7 plots and has large areas around the house (plenty big enough to install a swimming pool)

 

The grounds have a mixture of paved areas (with outside lights) and shrub beds, ground level and raised.  There are several trees, a well (which I understand now has water in it), a garden shed, power and an outside shower.  There is an off road parking place.

The Location

The location is on the Paralimni Road (old road) between Protaras and just before Pernera resort.  All the houses on the plot face the sea.  There is government land behind the house (designated as a park) and a small plot of empty land in front of the houses.
